The newly launched large-scale glass fiber Type IV hydrogen storage cylinders break through the dual constraints of performance and economics in large-scale hydrogen transportation. Featuring an innovative design with non-metallic plastic liners and full glass fiber winding, these cylinders offer a broad pressure range of 200-450 bar, individual cylinder capacities of 800-2,500 liters, and a design service life exceeding 20 years. The superior corrosion resistance and impact resistance of glass fiber materials contribute to reduced maintenance requirements, enhanced adaptability to complex environments, and extended operational lifespan- effectively lowering operational expenditures (OPEX) in hydrogen logistics.
